The Rock Stop is the North West Highlands Geopark visitor centre and central hub.
The Rock Stop has now closed for the 2018 season and will re-open for Easter 2019.
You can find us in the old Unapool School Building. The café serves tea, coffee and hot chocolate plus locally made cakes. We also sell a range of locally made arts and crafts. Come along and enjoy superb views, warm up with a hot drink or cool down with a cold one. Enjoy our free WiFi, and have a look around our exhibition about the rocks and landscape of the North West Highlands. Play our video, below, for a preview of our visitor experience.
We are also a great place to drop in if you’re looking for some information on what’s on in the North West Highlands. We are dog, motorcyclist, cyclist and hiker friendly!
Find us on Facebook or TripAdvisor or contact us by phone: 01971 488765/502382 and email rockstop(at)nwhgeopark.com

We are located in Unapool, on the A894, 1 mile north of the Drumbeg turnoff, and 1 mile south of the Kylesku bridge. Keep an eye out for the purple signs on the building!
