A talk by Tim Lawson on the geological structure and evolutionary timeline of Quinag, near Loch Assynt. The Y-shaped ridge of Quinag has been hewn from the local bedrock by many erosional processes over millions of years. Tim Lawson will explore this evolution, with particular attention to the effects of various phases of glaciation.
